  • What are the main rates in Low Voltage?

Tariff  2.0 A/2.0DHA:Tariff simple (1 or 2 times and contracted power ≤ 10 kW). The more common in domestic/individuals rate

Tariff  2.1 DHA: simple tariff  (1 or 2 times and contracted power >10 kW and ≤ 15kW).

Tarif 3.0 A: general rate (3 times)

The tariffs 2.1A and 3.0A are the most common in shops, and small and medium-sized businesses.

  • What is an Electric Distributor?

 Is the owner of the power lines that bring electricity to your point of supply, charging for this function a few tolls (energy) that are included on your electric facture. 

  • What is the UCPS?

The UCPS (Universal Code of Points of Supply) is a unique code that identifies your installation before the Distributor. You will always find in the facture.

  • What is the Social Allowance?

It is a mechanism of government protection for those vulnerable groups: points of supply with powers hired less than 3 kW, pensioners with minimum benefits, large families or households where all members are unemployed

  • Can I hire with Insignia a supply energy at any point in Spain?

Insignia Energia supplies in the Spanish territory.

  • Do I have any cost for my contract with Insgnia Energy?

On the contrary, if you contract with Insignia energy, save in respect to your current facture.

  • When the facture is issued?

It is issued on a monthly basis, the specific day will depend on the read cycle of your Distributor.

  • How do I see any doubt about my facture and/or contract?

You must contact with us via e-mail for such purposes or by calling client service. Some of these efforts, you will be able to change through the virtual office. In the same way, you can consult with your Personal Energy Manager Insignia you will solve any doubt or question.

  • Do I have to keep paying any facture to my previous company?

When your Distributor check the next reading of your counter and inform us of this, we will begin to give you your electricity. As of this date, shall enter into force on the contract and the associated services. Therefore, the next two factures that you’ll receive still correspond to the company that currently provides you.

  • What steps should I follow if i want to request a change in my contract as the power, rate, payment details, contact details, etc.?
